The proportionate ratio of the consistent Tasks will be @ 80% and the One Time Task will be @20%.
MIS (Scoring System)

You can view all your pending tasks and upcoming tasks by pressing the tab “Pending Tasks/Upcoming Tasks so that you can finish these tasks at your earliest.
Still a Process Controller (PC) will be there for regular follow up for the pending tasks. Her job is to regularly remind you monitor/audit the tasks on the given Delegations/FMSs/PMSs and Check Lists.

- PMS (Project Management sheets)
- Check Lists.
All team members must respond & cooperate to Process Controller on her follow up.

All the tasks evolve a scoring system. Which is given by three verticals.
1.Quantity- All work done as per plan
2.Time – All work done on time as per plan
3.Time – All tasks should be done without delay.
